I'm on a Neil Finn kick lately. On Monday I was determined to learn the bass part to "Twisty Bass" on the somewhat rude premise that if Neil can do it (not normally being a bass player) then so can I (who plays bass more than he does). Today is the birthday to one of my favorite muscicians ever... the man, the myth, the legend... Mr. Neil Mullane Finn. Mr. Finn was born in Te Awamutu, New Zealand on May 27, 1958. The rest is musical history!

No garden updates this week. Instead of having another landscaping Thursday, my mom and I did some errends in town. I was spending money at Sam Goody both in person and online. I've been trying to find pictures of Neil Finn to make into icons. He's just lovely upon lovely. It doesn't help that I have a friend from Wales who encourages my obsession. Or maybe it does. There's no real point to this entry except for the mere fact that I *can*, and that I've been tweaking this LJ to look just how I want it. I'm fairly satisfied with it now, and it has Neil goodness all over it.
